Si sois asiduos a este blog, seguro que ya sabréis de la pasión de varios de nosotros por el mítico juego de Games-Workshop, Mordheim. Mientras seguimos esperando con los dedos cruzados a que GW se decida a renovarlo, tal como hiciera con Necromunda, nosotros seguimos dándole usando las viejas reglas (20 años ya!), y por supuesto, con figuras viejunas tipo «oldhammer». Y es que el viejo estilo de las figuras de GW tiene un carisma sin parangón.
Tal es así, que las pasadas navidades me hice con un buen tesoro: un alijo de figuras «oldhammer». Un popurrí de Perros de Guerra (mercenarios) y otras figuras originalmente de Mordheim. Entre éstas se encuentra el caballero andante tipo Don Quijote (seguramente, mi miniatura preferida de toda la gama), varios capitanes de regimientos de renombre de los perros de guerra, así como otras miniaturas con mucho carisma como el arquero halfling, un músico (tiene sus reglas en el juego), un mendigo o la fabulosa miniatura de la espada de alquiler que tiene un aire al zorro (cuchillo Johann). Sin contar con el vigilante de caminos embutido en su armadura de acero y celada.
Tras crearlas unas peanas un poco decentes con unos restos de madera de balsa, tan solo las he añadido algunos accesorios extra. No necesitan de conversión alguna! La única excepción, quizá, es el soldado de la legión perdida de Pirazzo (el que parece un conquistador). Estas miniaturas se podían equipar solamente o bien con pica o bien con ballesta. Pero yo quería una espadero! Con un poco de suerte y con una cuchilla afilada al final solucioné el problema tirando de la caja de restos. Una vez acabé pintando todas estas, mi banda de Estalianos estará lista!
Guapisimas las minis. La verdad que Mordheim tenía una gama increíble. Estoy deseando verlas pintadas 🙂
