Hi all! I’ve finished the first squad of the German Fallschirmjäger for my Bolt Action army. Here are some pics of the finished 10-men rifle squad. They’re desiring to engage in combat!
The Americans from Omar are trembling as they hear the Falls roaring after them… and it’s not for nothing.
The Fallschirmjägers were a German elite infantry unit (and nowadays too!). They were known for their fighting skills and bravery, and for being one of the first infantry units to use Assault Rifles (FG 42, StG 44). Most modern assault rifles are directly influenced by these two.
But this time, I’ve painted a 10 man unit with rifles. The other two assault rifle units are the next in line. So, as I planned in the latest post, one unit is finished and the army scheme goes like this:
